All children in Leeds, Reception Class and Year 6 will receive an important health check in school.  This is an optional check, details of how to opt out have been sent to parents.

Flu Vaccination

The Public Health Integrated Nursing Service will be in school on the 26th November 2024 to administer the flu vaccination.  The vaccinations are available for all children in school, Reception to Year 6.   Once you have clicked the link below you will be directed to 2 forms, a green form for consent for your child to have the vaccination and a red form if you don't want your child to have the immunisation.  If you have any queries, please contact the school office.
