Autumn Term

The children in year 3 have studied the Bible this week, learning how to locate the books, chapters and verses within the text. The children have identified the different books and sorted them into the New and Old Testament sections. They have put these skills into practice by locating a number of the Parables in the New Testament and answering questions on Jesus' teachings within these Parables. Lastly, the children have created a chronological timeline of different stories within the Bible using their knowledge of the Old and New Testament and the life and death of Our Lord Jesus Christ.
