This term, the children will write a book review and informal letter based on our class story, The Boy Who Grew Dragons, by Andy Shepherd. 

In Geography, the children will be learning about Brazil and the Amazon Rainforest and will write a non-chronological report on the rainforest. They will also be visiting Tropical World at Roundhay Park to participate in a rainforest workshop and will write a review of their visit. 

You can help your child by revisiting the common exception words and asking them to read their books aloud.
